Shipping & Handling Policy

Shipping Carrier

  • USPS First Class Mail, Priority Mail, or Priority Express Mail.
  • Priority Mail or Express Mail includes $100 Insurance Protection.
  • Tracking Number provided for all orders.

Handling Time

  • All in-stock orders will be processed and shipped out within 2-3 business days unless noted otherwise on production description.
  • All pre-orders will be shipped once received. Please refer to the product description for the estimated release date.

International Shipping

  • The customer is responsible for any duties, taxes, & custom fees imposed by their country. These fees are not applied at checkout.
  • We have no control over these charges and cannot predict what they may be. Customs policies vary from country to country.

How We Pack

  • Your order will be securely packed with bubble wrap and may include added packing material for additional protection.
  • All shipping boxes will have a fragile/handle with care sticker on them. 
  • We will do everything to ensure safe delivery!

Shipping Damages/Lost Packages

  • In the unlikely event that you receive a damaged item you can exchange the item within SEVEN (7) DAYS of product delivery. If a replacement for your item is not available you will be refunded in full for your order. Any return requests made after SEVEN (7) DAYS will NOT be accepted. Please see Return Policy for details. 
  • If your package has been lost in transit, notify us within 48 hours at info@toymazecollectibles.com.

Refused/Returned Packages

  • Please ensure the accuracy of your address prior to submitting your order.  Packages which are returned due to incorrect addresses and/or refused, will be responsible for a 25% restock fee.  Shipping will also not be refunded.  Please allow up to 10 business days for your refund to appear after the product returns.
