Return & Cancellation Policy

RETURNS

In the unlikely event that you receive a damaged item you can exchange the item within SEVEN (7) DAYS of product delivery. If a replacement for your item is not available you will be refunded in full for your order. Any return requests made after SEVEN (7) DAYS will NOT be accepted.

How To Return Damaged Items:

1) Contact us by email at info@toymazecollectibles.com within SEVEN (7) DAYS of product delivery.

2) Please provide the following:
  • A detailed explanation of the damage 
  • A photo or photos of the damage 
  • A photo of the outer box and shipping label that can be sent to the shipping provider for a insurance claim to be filed.
3) When your return has been approved you will receive an RMA number. Any returns made without a RMA number will NOT be accepted.

4) Ship the item(s) back inside a standard shipping box. Please write your RMA number on the outside of the box.
5) Once we receive your return, we'll process a refund within 7-10 business days minus shipping.
CANCELLATIONS
  • All in-stock sales are final.
  • Pre-order sales may be cancelled within 48 hours with no fee. After 48 hours a 15% cancellation fee will apply. Please contact us at info@toymazecollectibles.com. 

REFUSED/RETURNED PACKAGES

  • Please ensure the accuracy of your address prior to submitting your order.  Packages which are returned due to incorrect addresses and/or refused, will be responsible for a 25% restock fee.  Shipping will also not be refunded.  Please allow up to 10 business days for your refund to appear after the product returns.
