In the unlikely event that you receive a damaged item you can exchange the item within SEVEN (7) DAYS of product delivery. If a replacement for your item is not available you will be refunded in full for your order. Any return requests made after SEVEN (7) DAYS will NOT be accepted.
How To Return Damaged Items:
2) Please provide the following:
- A detailed explanation of the damage
- A photo or photos of the damage
- A photo of the outer box and shipping label that can be sent to the shipping provider for a insurance claim to be filed.
4) Ship the item(s) back inside a standard shipping box. Please write your RMA number on the outside of the box.
- All in-stock sales are final.
- Pre-order sales may be cancelled within 48 hours but will be assessed a 15% cancellation fee. After 48 hours all sales are final and secures your reservation. Please contact us at email@example.com.
- Please ensure the accuracy of your address prior to submitting your order. Packages which are returned due to incorrect addresses and/or refused, will be responsible for a 25% restock fee. Shipping will also not be refunded. Please allow up to 10 business days for your refund to appear after the product returns.
